General Admission Requirements for Azman University Kano
The Azman University Kano has specific requirements for its undergraduate programs, these requirements are as follows:
- To gain admission into Azman University, Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
- All admissions are processed through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
- Applicants must have a minimum of 140 JAMB score to be qualified to sit for Azman Post UTME Examinations
- For entry into 100 Level courses via UTME, candidates need to have achieved five (5) credits in SSCE or its equivalent, in relevant subjects, within a maximum of two sittings. This includes credits in English and Mathematics. They also need to achieve acceptable points in UTME in relevant subjects.
- Aspirants who wishes to apply through Direct Entry (200 Level), must possess five (5) SSCE credits and obtain at least two (2) A’ level passes in relevant subjects, or hold a National Diploma (ND) with credit passes, or have a good first degree in another field.
- Aspirants who meet the initial requirements will undergo screening, possibly including an interview, conducted by the University.
The University will not consider transfer students until at least its first two years of operation have passed.
